About Meteor
Meteor Lighting was established in 2008 with the intention of manufacture, import and distribution
of LED lighting products directly to South Africa’s wholesalers, retailers and developers.
By having a family business with over 20 years experience in lighting manufacture in the Far East,
Meteor’s intention is to have a direct line between the manufacturer and the distributors in South
Africa and to the rest of Africa.
Being the direct importer of our own products ensures that our customers are getting the best value
for money products in the market.
Quality has been our priority from the start and we are constantly striving to improve and simplify
our products and processes to ensure cost effective supply lines.
All our products are IEC (i.e.: SABS approved), CE and RoHS certified, and backed by full replacement
guarantees ranging from 18 months to 3 years.
